Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship to 28 countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

- Asia-Pacific (e.g. Japan, Australia, Singapore): 7–14 business days
- Europe & North America: 10–21 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
